Xavier Vignon Cotes-Du-Rhône 2018 is a blend of 85% Grenache, 10% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre. The Grenache vines are over 80 years old and the Mourvèdre vines are over 60 years old. Sourced from 76 parcels, mostly from the northern part of the Vaucluse, from various Terroirs, including galets roulés, sand, clay and limestone. The grapes were selected specifically for their high mineral salt content. The grape varieties are co-fermented and aged in concrete tanks. No oak aging.
