These terms and conditions apply to all wines, spirits or other goods or services supplied by WineWorld Deals & More, or alternatively known as WineWorld Wine Deals through the website http://winedeals.wineworld.com.hk. (the "Website")
WineWorld Limited is the sole owner and operator of WineWorld Deals & More and WineWorld Wine Deals. When purchasing wines and related products on the Website, all transactions are made between you (the "Customer") and WineWorld Limited (the "Company", "WineWorld).
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing your order on the Website.
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or over.
All sales are subject to our final confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice. All wines are offered subject to remaining unsold. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Order Processing Time
Please note that the orders are processed within 48 hours if placed between Monday and Friday. To expedite this service or to guarantee a delivery time, please contact a representative at email@example.com or reach out to us on our Facebook page WineWorld Hong Kong.
Payment for all products available on the Website are due immediately. WineWorld supports secure credit card payment via Shopify.
Title to all goods supplied shall remain with WineWorld until all sums due are paid in full.
Delivery / Collection
For total order sum above $1,000, delivery and service charges will be waived for all regions of Hong Kong excluding outlying islands.
For total order sum below $1,000, a flat rate of $160 will apply to all regions of Hong Kong excluding outlying islands.
Self collection will be arranged at our shop in Sai Ying Pun. Please note that items may not be readily available at our shop. Pickup schedule shall be subjected to confirmation by WineWorld representative.
Acceptance of Products / Return & Refund / Breakage
WineWorld is committed to ensuring that our wines reach you in the best possible condition. All Customers are requested to examine the goods immediately upon collection or delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. Claims (if any) must be lodged at the time of delivery, otherwise any breakages or shortfall shall be deemed to have occurred thereafter. We do not accept return wines for any reason, including corked wines.
No returns accepted on glassware or accessories after the goods have been accepted by the receiver.
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet our obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
