Nose - Leathery dark notes build into a heathery character then give way to a sweeter, malty presence with subtle wood notes arising at the close.
Palate - Pronounced burst of malt on the tongue with sweet cereal notes complimented by a creamy texture. Mid palate, there’s a distinct nuttiness followed by a slight astringent citrus ﬁnish.
Finish - Sweet hints of dark molasses develop to a darker and sweeter conclusion with subtle citrus peel offsetting the rich sweet overtones.
