Champagne Romain Hénin “Le Gamin du Terroir” is the signature cuvée of Romain Hénin. Le Gamin du Terroir is a blend of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier, and 20% Chardonnay, sourced from several old vine parcels located on the steepest, most chalk-rich slopes of Aÿ and neighboring Premier Cru villages. The Pinots lend structure and ripe fruit, while the Chardonnay brings finesse and precision. Aged on the lees without stirring, then bottled, disgorged, unfiltered, and with zero dosage. Le Gamin du Terroir is defined by its vibrant notes of citrus zest, white flowers, green apple, and stone fruit, evolving into creamy hints of brioche and saline shellfish. The bubbles are delicately integrated, leading to an endlessly long, chalky finish. Only 3,000 bottles are produced.

Bottled for traditional méthode champenoise secondary fermentation, it is disgorged brut nature—with absolutely no dosage, no added sulfur, and no filtration—preserving raw authenticity and vibrant terroir expression.
