Piper-Heidsieck is one of the world's renowned champagne brands. The Piper-Heidsieck winery was founded on July 16, 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck in the city of Reims, which is the economic capital of the Champagne region and a historic city in France, known as the "City of Kings." Since the 11th century, every French monarch had to travel to this "Coronation City" to be crowned.

Piper Heidsieck Cuvee Sublime Demi Sec NV is a delightful demi-sec Champagne that embodies elegance and finesse. The NV designation indicates that it is a non-vintage Champagne, allowing the winemaker to create a consistent and balanced blend year after year.

TASTING NOTES:
Fragrances of vanilla, rum, tropical fruits and roasted pineapple gradually become unleashed.  Intense flavors of cooked fruits, from gently flambéed pineapple and orange to slightly caramelized pear, delight the palate in a deeply smooth praline-lined embrace.

"A very creditable contribution to what has become an unfashionable genre is Piper-Heidsieck's NV Demi-Sec Cuvée Sublime, a lovely wine that wafts from the glass with aromas of honeyed peaches, fresh pastry, nectarine and caramelized citrus. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with good depth at the core, racy acids and a fine mousse, concluding with a precise finish that avoids any suggestion of cloying sweetness despite its off-dry style. Expect it to sing with additional bottle age."
