The Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey estate was founded in 2001 by Pierre-Yves Colin and Caroline Morey. They now manage 13 hectares across five villages, producing 92% Chardonnay, 5% Pinot Noir, and 3% Aligoté. While 2 hectares are family heritage, the rest were acquired over the last 15 years. They use organic and sustainable practices, whole-bunch pressing, and aging in barrels to craft complex, age-worthy wines without filtration, aiming for a perfect balance of freshness and maturity.
