Mihope Riesling Dry White Wine 美賀莊園 雷司令乾白葡萄酒 2019

Chateau Mihope is located in the prestigious wine-producing region of Helan Mountain, Ningxia, China. It is a well-known winery in China. The vineyard has introduced 300,000 French grape seedlings and hired Professor Wang Zhenping, a grape cultivation scientist, and globally renowned flying winemaker Marc Dworkin to guide grape cultivation and winemaking. They have also imported world-class wine production equipment, aiming to create a high-quality, premium wine brand for the estate.

It has delightful floral and fruity aromas, with hints of lemon, orange, and crisp apple. The acidity is lively and focused, making it refreshing and easy to drink.

"A floral nose with orange blossom to the tropical papaya and peach. Hints of petrol, crushed stone and ginger, too. Quite a creamy, medium-bodied palate with bright but round acidity, framed in quite a dry yet mellow palate, finishing with a bitter grapefruit accent. Good quality here, but needs brisker and more austere acidity. Drink now." --Tasted on Feb 5, 2021

花香的香氣中帶有橙花、熱帶木瓜和桃子的氣息。還帶有石油、碎石和生薑的暗示。相當奶油狀的中等酒體口感，明亮而圓潤的酸度，搭配相當乾燥但柔和的口感，收結時帶有苦橙的口感。這裡有著良好的品質，但需要更為清爽和嚴肅的酸度。現在飲用。——於2021年2月5日品嚐
