Wine Advocate 94: "Tasted blind at the Southwold 2012 tasting. The 2012 Malartic-Lagravière Blanc has a very attractive bouquet, armed with expressive Sauvignon Blanc scents: gooseberry, greengage and a touch of honeysuckle. The palate is clean and fresh with a veneer of oak that will be subsumed with time. I appreciate the balance and poise of this wine, that dab of ginger on the finish that leaves the tongue tingling long after the wine has gone. What a fantastic, life-affirming, damn delicious white Bordeaux from the estate - this comes highly recommended. "
