Gonet-Medeville Tradition 1er Cru NV is a premium Champagne produced by the Gonet-Medeville winery. It has a soft, rich and refreshing taste with delicate bubbles and aromas of citrus, honey and almonds. It is an elegant, balanced and delicate Champagne, suitable as an aperitif or paired with seafood, white meat and citrus fruits.

Grape varieties: 70% chardonnay, 25% pinot noir, 5% pinot meunier

Harvest: manual

Making: pressing, racking, and vinification 90% at low temperature in thermo-regulated vats, 10% in old casks
