Gonet-Medeville 1er Cru Blanc de Noirs NV is a premium Champagne produced by the Gonet-Medeville winery. It is a non-vintage white Champagne made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It has a full, rich, and round taste with delicate bubbles and aromas of red fruits, toasted bread, and spices. It is an elegant, balanced, and delicate Champagne, suitable as an aperitif or paired with meat, fish, and cheese.

Gonet-Medeville Domaine was born in 2000 from Xavier Gonet and Julie Medeville, both from two renowned families of viticulturists; Gonet from Champagne and Medeville from Bordeaux. The vines are located on remarkable slopes on Bisseuil, Ambonnay and Mesnil-sur-Oger. Dosages here are reduced to the strict minimum, which enhance the purity of expression of every Cuvees. It represents today 7.5ha under vines in 1er Cru and Grand Cru.

Robert Parker 93 points: The latest release of the NV Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru Brut is a rich, vinous Champagne, wafting from the glass with aromas of red apples, mint, honeycomb and dried white flowers. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, broad but incisive, with a fleshy attack, excellent concentration at the core and a long, penetrating and distinctly saline finish. The incipiently fine but youthfully frothy mousse will calm down with a few more months on cork. A third of this cuvée is fermented in use.
