Brand story
Champagne Michel Reybier is owned by the very same Michel Reybier, owner of Cos d’Estournel – Deuxieme Cru Classe, Saint Estephe. Assisted by the technical team at Cos d’Estournel, the same attention to detail and all-encompassing philosophy is maintained through the respect for the unique terroir of the Chardonnay sourced from their Grand Cru vineyards in Avize and Oger whilst the same can be said for their Pinot Noir from their Premier Cru vineyards in Sacy and Ecuiel. A definite ‘diamond in the rough’, Champagne Michel Reybier is a delectable blend of 80 per cent Chardonnay and 20 per cent Pinot Noir of which 70 per cent of the wines currently on offer are made up of reserve wine from the 2010 vintage. Each bottle displays classic minerality with a fruity bouquet, fine bubbles and an elegant finish.

To support this commitment champagne project brewing is of course excellent Kos-death Turner's team. Reservewine 2010 aged in large oak barrels for four years using vintage wine mainly there for 18 months, cask aged blend of 30%. Dosage is finished with 7 g/1 L and sweetness.

Tasting note:
Nose: Bouquet's minerally, reminiscent of lemon and lime fresh citrus aroma. In touch with air pulls the fragrant aromas of white peach and apricot.
Palate: Soft, refined texture with nuances derived from the barrel toast and vanilla in the mouth reservewine derived from concentrated fruit taste and structure, and is expressed in the delicate and mellow balance.
And Chardonnay with fresh fruit taste and sensual impressions derived from Pinot Noir,While full of aroma and flavor balanced by delicate and skilful dosage is probably unique to Chateau-Kos-death Turner brewing technology and plump, elegant, and lean sleek champagne in taste,Michael Leiber's listed in ' Art de vivre art de vivre artistic life ' special wishes is one。
