Célèbre dry white wine comes from Himalaya’s highland villages, with an altitude around 2,550 meters. As surrounded by snow mountains nearby, the vineyards benefit from a cool climate with gentle breeze. The diversity of the soil and unique
climatic conditions of the villages contribute to the rich mineral feeling and fine acidity of Célèbre’s Chardonnay.

With a brilliant lemon color, Celbre 2021 reveals citrus aromas: slightly orange blossom, clemen-tine, subtle peach aromas at the end of the nose. Hints of fennel notes inspire the spirit. On the palate, the attack is fine, silky, very well-balanced, with lively, persistent acidity; the alcohol is also pleasantly integrated. On the second nose, after aeration, a few toasty notes emerge in the finish perfectly. This very pleasant, balanced wine, typical of Chardon-nay, having been aged in barrels will delight those who love elegant, charming wines.
