Bouchard Père & Fils, founded in 1731, is one of Burgundy's most historic and prestigious wineries, located in the heart of Beaune. Known for producing exceptional wines that reflect the unique terroirs of Burgundy, the estate spans over 130 hectares, including top-tier Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards.

Jasper Morris 95-98 Points: "Purchased grapes from the equivalent of one hectare. The rows come down from the forest, so can be picked a bit later. Huge gorgeous purple colour, with a massive intensity of fruit to go with. Black fruit notes, good tannins here, optimum ripeness, the stems add a little tingle, very long, a bit more robust than chez Rousseau, but really very fine."
