Bouchard Pere & Fils Pommard 1er Cru 2019 is a blend of Les Chanlins and Les Combes, offers an intense bouquet dominated by small black fruits, complemented by wilder animal notes and subtle oak influences. This robust wine features a firm tannic structure with excellent aging potential. The palate is medium-bodied, showcasing fine, supple tannins and a silky-smooth texture, with a hint of black pepper on the finish. Best served between 17°C and 18°C, it pairs wonderfully with red meats in sauce, game, venison, and full-flavored cheeses. An excellent, complex Pommard wine.
