Winemaking Process: The grapes are harvested by hand, with each grape being meticulously sorted by hand into a 13-kilogram tiny box. For eight to ten months, it is matured in French oak casks. It is matured in stainless steel barrels for two to three months, with the content of fresh oak barrels varying by year to up to 10%. And matured in the historic Fort Beaune cellar, where it experiences ideal environmental conditions.ideally suited to Premier Crus aging conditions.
Tasting note: Pale gold/ gold colour with green shades. The nose is made of white flesh fruit, candied citrus aromas with a hint of brioche and ginger bread. The mouth associates richness, subtle oak, taste of dried fruit. Pleasantly rich wine. Drinking temperature: 122°C to 14°C Aged potential: 5 years or more
