Joseph Drouhin Meursault 2020

For four generations, Domaine Joseph Drouhin has been a must-know reference among fine Burgundy wines. Founded in 1880 by Joseph Drouhin, who was 22 years old at the time, the estate has expanded over the years and has reached its current size of 80 hectares. Since 1957, this family of precursors has advocated respect for the terroir and the environment both regarding the vineyard management and the production of their fine wines.

This Meursault Village 2020 by Joseph Drouhin comes from vineyards located a few kilometres south of Beaune, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. This Meursault wine is the fruit of a blend of grapes grown on a tapestry of soils, depending on their geographical location.

The grapes are gently pressed. The juice from the last press is not included in the making of this wine. Aged for 12 months in barrels (25% of which are new).

Nose: The rich nose blends floral fragrances (camomile, hawthorn) with notes of honey, lime blossom and hazelnut butter
Palate: The round and silky palate exudes fruity aromas (yellow plum) and notes of ginger bread.

Cellaring: This white Burgundy wine can be kept in the cellar until around 2035 to express all its aromatic richness.

葡萄經過輕柔壓榨。最後一次壓榨得到的果汁不用於製作這款葡萄酒。在橡木桶中陳釀12個月（其中25%是新桶）。
