Wolfburn Year of Tiger 2022 Single Malt Limited Release

WOLFBURN 2022 FLYING TIGER limited edition is made specially for 2022 CHINESE NEW YEAR . This lightly peated whisky made from malted barley infused with smoke during the drying process. The flavour imparted by the smoke reflects Wolfburn’s history – the original 19th Century distillery was largely fired by peat. Gentle distillation is followed by maturation in our purpose-built warehouses. The result is a beautifully smooth and rounded whisky.

～TASTING NOTE～

NOSE
Initially smoky with hints of fruit and fresh sea air, accompanied by vanilla and oak wood shavings.

PALATE
Floral notes abound, followed by raisins and light spices. Malty flavours open up on the palate, with soft honey sweetness at the finish.

鼻子
最初是煙燻味，帶有水果和新鮮海洋空氣的味道，並伴隨香草和橡木刨花的味道。

味覺
花香濃鬱，其次是葡萄乾和清淡香料。麥芽味在口中展開，餘韻帶有柔和的蜂蜜甜味。
