00 Wines is a family-owned, critically acclaimed winery nestled in the heart of the Northern Willamette Valley, Oregon’s renowned wine region. Founded in 2015 by first-generation American and renowned west coast wine industry business lawyer Chris Hermann and his wife Kathryn Hermann, 00 Wines has quickly become one of the most talked about and collected American wine brands.  Although the company is headquartered in the Northern Willamette Valley in Oregon, the team also produces Grand Cru Champagne and Grand Cru Burgundy Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

“The 2019 Chardonnay EGW, which I last tasted in December of 2021, is transparent, pure and singular, its wafts of allspice and matchstick complemented by tones of grilled peaches, spring honey, pie crust and lemongrass. The medium-bodied palate is quietly intense, with concentrated, exotic fruit. It has focused acidity, a satiny texture and a very long, ethereal finish with fantastic perfume."
