The Tokaj legend has grown over its four hundred years of history, but it was not until 1630 that the greatness of the Oremus vineyard was first recognized. Today, it is widely acclaimed as one of the best. During harvest, multiple rounds are conducted, selecting only bunches with at least 50% botrytised berries. After destemming, the berries undergo maceration for 4-12 hours and are then pressed, highlighting the noble rot. Late Harvest is a captivating blend of different grape varieties, resulting in a well-balanced wine. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks for 15-25 days, followed by aging in Hungarian oak barrels (220-liter "Szerednye") for two months and refinement in the bottle for six months. Late Harvest is a harmonious, fresh, and silky wine with versatility that offers a new experience with each sip. The 2021 vintage is characterized by vibrant acidity, providing freshness and floral aromas derived from the grape variety.

Warm weather and little precipitation at the start of Summer. Cool weather and average rainfall returned to the plantations in August. October was very dry, but thanks to the morning mist, Botrytis cinerea was able to form and begin its sacred activity
