A blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Mourvèdre. The Syrah is planted on clay and limestone and alluvium clay, the Grenache vines are over 60 years old and planted on galets terraces, the Mourvèdre vines are over 100 years old and planted on alluvial terraces. The Grenache was fermented and aged in small concrete tanks. The Syrah was fermented in stainless-steel tanks and aged in one-year-old French oak for 12 months. The Mourvèdre was aged in a combination of one- to three-year-old French oak.
