Scented with jasmine blossoms, this green tea from Fuding, in Fujian province, China, has a delicate floral aroma and notes of apple sherbet, lychee and vanilla, making it a refreshing aperitif.
Pairs well with spicy salads, as well as fruity and citrus desserts.

Once jasmine petals are in season, the tea is scented with fresh jasmine flowers over the course of several days. This is repeated at least 3 times and usually longer, at the discreation of the tea master.
