Perfume Trees Gin take pride as pioneers of gin brand of Hong Kong, and it is the most internationally awarded gin in the Pan-China region.

Our gin was inspired by the very unique and interesting cultural upbringing of Hong Kong. HongKongers bear many identities, ethnically we are mostly Chinese, however we also very westernised at the same time, from the language we speak (Cantonese) being influenced by English, to the food we eat. We are exposed to so many different cultures, flavours and we are a unique blend of these experiences.

Botanicals:
Longjing Green Tea, White Champaca Blossom, Chinese Angelica, Aged Tangerine Peel, Sandalwood, Juniper, Liquorice, Orris Root, Coriander Seed, Lemon Peel, Green Cardamom Pod, Cinnamon, Grapefruit Peel.

Tasting Notes:
A spirit that evokes the streets of Hong Kong through aroma and flavour. Floral and warmly herbal on the nose, with hints of sandalwood and white champaca blossom. On the palate, its traditional gin base shines alongside the native Chinese botanicals. Tangerine peel comes through first, evolving in the mid-palate to juniper, sandalwood and herbal notes. Chinese angelica and Longjing green tea linger on the finish.

白蘭樹下是第一支由土生土長香港人所製作的琴酒，以多種代表香港文化傳統的植物作源頭，精心調配出充滿香港氣息的琴酒風味。香港特色草本植物包括：

白蘭花：「白蘭樹下」的靈魂氣息，散發清新優雅的淡淡芳香，並見證香港精神與傳統價值。

印度檀香：「香港」名字源起，在香港百年老店「永利壇香莊」尋得印度檀香，為琴酒添加濃郁香氣。

頂級獅峰龍井茶：取自香港擁有超過50年歷史的「茗香茶莊」，為琴酒帶來濃重而美味的基底風味。

15 年陳皮：來自於1971年創始的西環「同昌海味」，經過長年累月的陳年過程，果皮原有的苦澀會變得柔和，留下細膩的橘橙甜香。

中國當歸：選取帶有溫潤泥土及甘草風味的中國當歸，取代傳統琴酒中的一般當歸，為「白蘭樹下」帶來綴上中草藥香氣的悠長餘韻。

品飲筆記：前段帶有柑橘清爽香氣、中段檀香與杜松子等草本溫暖香氣散發，尾韻散發著幽幽茶香；整體是白蘭花、檀木香、香甜花卉與溫和香料氣息。
