Zaxee Winery sits above 2,300 meters on the Jinsha River in Benzilan, Deqin County—Shangri-La’s remote highlands, wrapped by the Hengduan Mountains. “Zaxee” means “good fortune” in Tibetan, drawn from the greeting “Tashi Delek.” Founder Mr. Quan Shiping (全世平先生), a graduate of Northwest University’s enology program, moved here a decade ago with a simple philosophy: respect nature and carry forward Tibetan heritage. He turned barren slopes into a boutique winery blending Tibetan architecture with modern winemaking, anchored by a 500-year-old walnut tree and a cellar—once a cattle shed—naturally cooled by glacial meltwater.
Producing fewer than 20,000 bottles a year, Zaxee has won awards at Decanter and the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles. Its flagship “Zaxee Grand Zaxee 2560 Altitude Winemaker's Reserve Dry Red” is listed in the China Wine Yearbook and defines fine dining in Shangri-La. Honored as “China’s highest-altitude boutique winery,” its Cabernet Sauvignon—called the “Red Gem of the Hengduan Mountains.”

酒莊屢獲Decanter、布魯塞爾等國際大獎,旗艦酒「大扎西2560干紅」入選《中國葡萄酒年鑑》,成為香格里拉高端餐飲代表。年產不足兩萬瓶,卻以「中國海拔最高的精品酒莊」之譽,將被譽為「橫斷山脈的紅色寶石」的赤霞珠推向世界,以風味傳遞藏地的純淨與祝福。
