Adriano Adami Dei Casel Extra Dry

“Casel”, in the local dialect, are the small houses located on hillside sites, the “Rive”, once used as tool sheds or shelters from the rain. Casei is also the local nickname of the Adami family. Dei Casel is an Extra Dry whose freshness, liveliness and aromatic profile make it perfect as an aperitif.

Tasting Note: Aromas and flavors of white peach, apricot and ripe citrus. Bright dense and juicy, with good richness and an almost tactile texture.
