Champagne Bollinger's Special Cuvée is a meticulously crafted Champagne that represents the essence of the Bollinger style. It is composed of over 85% Grand and Premier crus, with a blend of 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier. The wine is aged in the cellar for twice as long as required, resulting in a wonderful aromatic complexity. It exhibits a golden color with fine bubbles, offering ripe fruit, spicy, and roasted apple aromas on the nose.
