Chateau Mihope is located in the prestigious wine-producing region of Helan Mountain, Ningxia, China. It is a well-known winery in China. The vineyard has introduced 300,000 French grape seedlings and hired Professor Wang Zhenping, a grape cultivation scientist, and globally renowned flying winemaker Marc Dworkin to guide grape cultivation and winemaking. They have also imported world-class wine production equipment, aiming to create a high-quality, premium wine brand for the estate.

It has a pale lemon-yellow color and releases a blend of aromas, including acacia flowers and dried apricots. The wine has a full and delicate body, with a refreshing and lingering aftertaste.

"Perfumed but also focused. A lifted nose, showing zesty orange, fresh pineapple, acacia blossoms, and honey, together with limey, chalky austerity. This is a distinctive viognier with more crunchy than waxy character. The crisp, medium-bodied palate is toned up by high acidity. Fragrant yet chalky finish.
