Grace Vineyard, founded in 1997 by Chinese entrepreneur Judy Chan, is a renowned winery in Hebei, China. Producing world-class wines from its 300-hectare vineyards, the winery has won numerous domestic and international awards. Committed to quality and the wine culture, Grace Vineyard has established a strong reputation, contributing to the growing prominence of the Chinese wine industry.

Naming the series after his first granddaughter, Anastasya, our founder Mr. Chun-Keung Chan expressed his aspiration and commitment that his successors would continue to improve on this series of wine for years to come. We intentionally make this series into all single-varietal wines, in order to express the character of each grape planted in our various vineyards in China.

Tasting Note : 
Dark red with crimson hue.
upfront notes of plum, liquorice scent, cloves and chocoloate note on the nose. The palate are full with firm-ish mid palate weight while not neglecting juiciness from this varietal. Hint of chocolate backed with well define tannins texture and acidity. Persistent finish.

“A very well-made merlot that shows a lot of vibrancy from the pure fruit. Red and black cherries, fresh black plums with a fine touch of spice. Medium-bodied with solid, chewy tannins and fresh acidity. Fruit sourced from Ningxia.” - Tasted on Jan 3, 2022

品酒筆記:
酒色深紅,帶有緋紅色澤。
酒香中呈現梅子、甘草、丁香和巧克力味道。口感厚實,中段酒體飽滿,但同時又不失多汁的特點。帶有巧克力的味道,單寧質地和酸度明顯。餘韻持久。
