N609 pays tribute to the great moment that was the visit of President Xi Jinping to Ningxia to inspect the local wine industry on June 9th, 2020. Based on Xige's unique <Cabernet Sauvignon + Cabernet Gernischt> blend, with the addition of Malbec, which is believed to be the future star of the Region. N609 strives to express Ningxia Terroir from a higher level and fulfill President Xi's ardent hope for Chinese wine to be "A Marvel to the World".

On June 9th 2020, President Xi Jinping while visiting Ningxia pointed out: "The Ningxia Wine Industry is the epitome of the country’s Wine Industry Development. Understanding the Wine Industry in Ningxia will help you understand the Wine Industry in China. With time, in 10 or 20 years, Chinese wine will become a Marvel to the World".

Situated in the Dove Mountain Area, in the heart of the Helan Mountain Wine Region, Xige Estate currently owns a total of 2,000 hectares of planted vines.

As Fine Wine producer with scale, Xige's Philosophy is to combine Modern Technology with the Respect of Nature, to constantly explore the Potential and the Future of Ningxia Terroir.

Founded in 2017 by Zhang Yanzhi, Xige Estate is a young winery that is challenging & leading the development of a New Era of Chinese Fine Wine. Zhang is the holder of France National Enology Diploma (DNO) and Bordeaux ISVV Winemaker Diploma. He embrace one goal to heart: to make wines that show "A PURE EXPRESSION OF HELAN MOUNTAIN TERROIR".

西鴿酒莊成立於2017年,是中國最令人興奮的新興葡萄酒項目之一。西鴿酒莊是一個全新的、現代化的釀酒廠,擁有超過1300公頃的葡萄園,其中有1000多公頃都種植著擁有20年成熟期的葡萄藤。這鞏固了他們的快速成功,成為中國同行中領先的優質葡萄酒品牌之一。西鴿酒莊由張言志擔任首席釀酒師創立,他曾是張裕酒業的釀酒師。與他一起的是克里斯泰爾·舒涅(Christelle Chene),她出生於勃艮第,曾在中國擔任出口銷售總監,並致力於向全世界推廣寧夏葡萄酒以及中國葡萄酒。

西鴿酒莊的葡萄酒在國際上引起了關注,中國國家主席習近平在會見4月訪華的法國總統馬克龍時,選擇了西鴿赤霞珠與蛇龍珠混釀的葡萄酒。在此之前,西鴿酒莊也已經在國際葡萄酒界佔據了一席之地,當時酒莊向英國出口了價值12.4萬英鎊的一批葡萄酒,打破了寧夏單批葡萄酒出口價值最高的記錄。

N609,致敬2020年6月9日習近平總記來訪寧夏的偉大時刻。以西鴿的「赤霞珠+蛇龍珠混釀」為底,獨創性的加進入「明日之星」馬爾貝克,具備堪比國際名莊的深陷與復度,也帶著迷人喜悅的百合花香。

釀酒工藝:葡萄完全成熟後,人工採收、穗選,機械粒選。除梗破碎後入罐酒精發酵一個月左右,酒精發酵結束後在桶裡面進行一個月的蘋果乳酸菌發酵,入約1/3的新法國橡木桶和2/3的1年舊法國橡木桶中陳釀16個月。
