Vincent Girardin is a highly regarded Burgundy domaine based in Meursault. It makes a wide range of wines from both Pinot Noir and Chardonnay although the latter predominates. Most holdings span the Côte de Beaune, from grand cru sites such as Le Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne, through premiers crus in Chassagne and Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin and Santenay, all the way down to vineyards at village-level and regional appellations.

Vincent Girardin Bourgogne Rouge Terroir Noble 2019 is 100% Pinot Noir is made exclusively using grapes from old vines planted around the famous communes of Volnay and Pommard. Fresh and precise, it’s an elegant example of Pinot Noir with crunchy raspberry, ripe strawberry, cherry, forest floor, oak and the silkiest texture.

This wine is made from 40 years old vines coming from the vineyards situated around the villages of Volnay and Pommard, in the Côte de Beaune. It is a pleasant wine with nice red fruits and body.
