"This gamay is full of beautiful fruit character without tasting like a candy store. Fresh red cherry, raspberry and pomegranate aromas abound along with a nice layer of spice and wood notes, courtesy of eight months of maturation in French oak barrels. You’ll notice a nice sustained cooling effect carrying delicious flavours of tart red fruits hanging out with a sweet note of kirsch liqueur and a hint of forest floor and spice, wrapped in a blanket of soft tannin. Super approachable and versatile, this medium-bodied convivial red is delicious with Veal scaloppini with tomato caper sauce or simply on its own."
