Chateau Mihope is located in the prestigious wine-producing region of Helan Mountain, Ningxia, China. It is a well-known winery in China. The vineyard has introduced 300,000 French grape seedlings and hired Professor Wang Zhenping, a grape cultivation scientist, and globally renowned flying winemaker Marc Dworkin to guide grape cultivation and winemaking. They have also imported world-class wine production equipment, aiming to create a high-quality, premium wine brand for the estate.
The palate showcases an elegant and refined acidity, complemented by delicate yet robust tannins. It possesses delightful complexity and leaves a long and pleasing aftertaste.

"Rich nose, showing a slightly bruised character with blackberries, soy sauce, black beans and iodine. Some raw meat and pepper, too. This extends to a full-bodied, flavorful palate with a plethora of dusty tannins and medium acidity. A little heavy and jagged with a slightly chewy finish. Tasted twice.
