They have also imported world-class wine production equipment, aiming to create a high-quality, premium wine brand for the estate.
James Suckling 91 Points: "Some nice cigar box here with focused blackcurrant and a nice, peppery undertone. Medium to full body with very chalky tannins and a hint of leafy freshness. Generous fruit, but well poised and not evidently sweet. A blend of 47% cabernet sauvignon, 35% marselan, 12% syrah and the rest merlot. A successful wine in what was considered a difficult vintage. Drink now." --Tasted on Feb 5, 2021
Vintage: 2018 Grape Variety: 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Marselan, 12% Syrah and 6% Merlot ABV: 14.5% Origin: China Region: Eastern Foothills of Helan Mountain, Ningxia Capacity: 750ml
