HEAVENSAKE is brewed by the famous French wine master Regis CAMUS in collaboration with Japanese sake breweries such as Tatenokawa, DASSAI, URAKASUMI and KONISHI.

Renowned chef Regis Camus applies his unique technique when concocting HEAVENSAKE expressions, starting by classifying each sake according to its flavour profile. The process begins with selecting a base liquor, then adding fruity and floral notes from other sakes, and finally focusing on achieving the desired length. Bringing new flavours and aromas to the sacred Japanese beverage. His approach ensures the right balance of aroma, flavour, mouthfeel and length in all HEAVENSAKE products. Through experience, Regis knows which aromas and aromas blend well to unlock interesting flavour profiles.
